Khalis Robinia honey has been made by honeybees during the flowering season of Robinia Flowers which are well-known for producing this extraordinary and unique honey. Robinia Flowers are spread through certain areas in Ghizer Valley of Gilgit-Baltistan. It blossoms for only two months a year (between April and May) producing white flowers. Robinia honey is quite unique in the world of honey. To start with, it is low in sucrose content and a high fructose. This makes it a healthier choice for those who might be sensitive to sugar. Robinia honey is well-known for its medicinal qualities too. This honey rarely crystallizes due to its high fructose content.
